A graduate with an MBA from the University of Utah, Charlie's education empowered him to forge a successful career as a forester, where he dedicated himself to the stewardship of the land and the natural world. He took great pride in his work, exemplifying a commitment to sustainability and environmental consciousness.
Charlie was not only a committed professional but also a devoted family man. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jill, and their cherished son, Ivan. His love for and devotion to his family was central to his life, providing a foundation of happiness that enriched all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held in his honor on January 29, 2025, at Tukios in Ogden, UT, beginning at 9:00 AM and concluding at 10:00 AM, where family, friends, and all who were touched by Charlie's warmth and joy are invited to celebrate his life. Additionally, a visitation will follow on February 27, 2025, at the same location, starting at 7:30 AM and ending at 3:00 PM.
