With a heavy but grateful heart, we gather to celebrate the life of Margaret "Maggie" Whitlow, who was born on February 2, 1941, and ascended to the heavenly realms on May 13, 2025. A soul of radiant kindness, Maggie was known for her welcoming spirit, always making those around her feel at ease with her warmth, infectious laughter, and delightful sense of humor.

Maggie devoted a significant portion of her talented life to her career, serving as a marketing manager for XYZ Corporation for 15 fulfilling years. Her remarkable efforts culminated in overseeing numerous successful product launches, earning her the esteemed Marketing Achievement Award in 2015. Through her professional endeavors, she left an indelible mark, inspiring colleagues and clients alike.

Education was a pillar in Maggie's life, as she earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration from XYZ University, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence with the Outstanding Academic Achievement award in 2010. Such accolades attest to her diligence, intelligence, and unyielding pursuit of knowledge.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Maggie cherished the simple yet profound joys of life. She held a special affinity for family gatherings, particularly during the festive holidays, where she’d prepare her famous apple pie each Thanksgiving—a tradition that warmed hearts and united loved ones. Her love for collecting rare books also painted the picture of a woman who sought knowledge not only in academia but from the rich stories held within the pages of every book she discovered. Hours spent scouring bookstores and auctions revealed her zeal for adventure and exploration.

Maggie's departure leaves a tender void, felt deeply by her beloved sister, Sarah Johnson, and her brother-in-law, Tom Johnson, alongside her cherished friend, Rachel Lee. They will remember her as the heart of their family and friendship circles, a bright beacon of light and love.

As we gather to honor her memory, we also reflect on the legacy she leaves behind—one of kindness, humor, and the importance of family. We unite in watching for the signs of her presence among us, knowing well that though she walks among the angels now, her spirit remains intertwined with ours.

Maggie was preceded in death by her dear mother, Susan Smith; her father, John Smith Sr.; and her brother, James Smith, who welcomed her into the eternal embrace of love and peace.

Viewing services will be held on September 3, 1948, at Tukios B in Ogden, Utah. Visitation will follow on January 24, 2026, at Gracewood Church in Midway, Utah, as we come together to celebrate a life that, though fleeting, was beautifully lived.

In our hearts, as we reminisce about Maggie, may we always cherish her laughter, her kindness, and the delicious memories of her beloved apple pies. Rest peacefully, dear Maggie, as we know your spirit shines brightly among the stars.
