Spencer Hilton’s journey through this world was as brief as a blink but as memorable as his famous apple pie, which he insisted was the true secret ingredient to thriving family gatherings—though we suspect it was really his kindness and humor. Born on March 30, 2026, Spencer left us far too soon on April 2, 2026, but in those few days, he somehow managed to pack in a lifetime of warmth and wit that will be cherished by all who knew him.

Spencer's career as a marketing manager at XYZ Corporation spanned an impressive 15 years, during which he dazzled his colleagues by masterminding several successful product launches. His prowess wasn’t just recognized by shoppers but also by his peers, earning him the prestigious Marketing Achievement Award in 2015. This wasn’t just luck or coincidence—it was the sheer result of Spencer’s dedication, creativity, and that unique ability to make spreadsheets somehow seem entertaining.

Outside the office, Spencer was the ultimate treasure hunter—only instead of gold and jewels, he sought rare books. He could spend hours scouring bookstores and auctions, eyes gleaming with excitement whenever a new gem was added to his collection. It’s a shame he didn’t have more time; perhaps he’d have uncovered the secret manuscripts that tell the story of the greatest apple pie recipe ever baked.

Above all, Spencer’s heart belonged to his family and friends. The holidays were sacred times to him—moments when he’d roll up his sleeves to bake his now-legendary apple pie for his loved ones. His kindness and welcoming nature made everyone feel at ease, as though they were exactly where they were supposed to be. Spencer had a knack for lightening the mood with a joke or a quick quip, reminding us that life, no matter how short, should be enjoyed with laughter.

He is survived by his sister Sarah Johnson, his brother-in-law Tom Johnson, and his close friend Rachel Lee, each of whom carry his spirit forward in their hearts. They, along with many others, will deeply miss Spencer’s warm presence, his sense of humor, and his infectious enthusiasm for life’s simple pleasures.

Spencer was preceded in death by his mother Susan Smith, father John Smith Sr., and brother James Smith. Though reunited with them now, we find comfort—and an occasional chuckle—in knowing he’s probably the one who still insists on bringing the apple pie to their gatherings, piecing together stories and memories that will keep his vibrant, kind, and funny spirit alive in all our hearts.
