IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Spencer
Hilton
February 2, 2026 – February 5, 2026
Burial
Starts at 8:00 am (Mountain time)
Spencer Hilton, a lovable young soul whose presence was as comforting as a favorite sweater on a chilly day, left us way too soon at the tender age of just three years old. Born on February 2, 2026, Spencer’s brief time with us was filled with kindness, laughter, and an insatiable curiosity that made the world just a little brighter.
While Spencer may not have had a chance to read the receipt from a book sale, it can surely be said they were on their way to becoming a champion collector of rare tomes. Hours were spent exploring bookstores and auctions, evoking visions of a pint-sized Indiana Jones on the hunt for treasure. Rare books were not just items on a shelf for Spencer; they were gateways to new worlds, new friends, and new silly adventures—because who wouldn’t laugh at a dinosaur trying to read a cookbook!
Spencer’s education journey began with much promise, as they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from XYZ University. Well, maybe that was more of a “future projection”—let's just say that the world was robbed of a potential young mind who would have definitely brought a little humor to the boardroom. Awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement award in 2010—which was, of course, a wonderful achievement for a future that shall remain unwritten—the potential was soaring.
Kindness flowed from Spencer like a warm breeze. Coupled with a great sense of humor, they could ease any tension in a room with just a silly face or a well-timed giggle. Spencer had a knack for making everyone feel at ease; even in chaotic moments, their presence was like that perfect piece of toast—you know, the one that doesn’t burn or crumble, but rather, brings comfort in every single bite.
Spencer joins their beloved family members up in the great beyond: the ever-caring parents, Susan Smith and John Smith Sr., as well as their older brother, James Smith. Together, they’re likely engaged in deep philosophical discussions—filled with laughter, of course—not to mention no one losing the last brownie, because brownies apparently don’t exist in the afterlife.
Those who are left behind share their fondest memories of an adorable child whose light shone brightly in such a short time: sister Sarah Johnson, brother-in-law Tom Johnson, and close friend, Rachel Lee. While they may grumble about having to dust Spencer’s rare book collection, you can bet those books will remind them of the whimsical spirit that adored them.
So let’s celebrate Spencer Hilton, a true master of moments, a collector of smiles, and a joy-bringer—who may only have had three years on this planet but managed to fill them with laughter and love that will resonate in our hearts forever. Rest in peace, little one. You made being kind and funny an art form even before you knew it.
